When you create a Krietas account we collect your name, email address and, for creators, your social platform profiles. For verification we may collect government-issued identification documents.

As you use the platform we collect information about your activity — campaigns you apply to or publish, messages you send, deliverables you submit or approve, and transactions on your account.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to operate the platform: matching creators with campaigns, processing payments, verifying identities, providing support and preventing fraud.

We also use aggregated, de-identified data to understand how the platform is used and to improve it.

3. Sharing your information

We share information only as needed to run the service:

• With the other party in a collaboration (e.g. brands see creator profiles they shortlist).
• With payment providers to process escrow, releases and withdrawals.
• With verification partners to confirm identities.
• With authorities where required by law.

4. Data retention

We keep your personal data only as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations (including financial record-keeping), and resolve disputes. When data is no longer required it is deleted or anonymised.

5. Your rights

You can access, correct or delete most of your personal data directly from your account settings. You may also contact us to exercise data protection rights, including objecting to certain processing or requesting a copy of your data.

6. Security

We protect your data with encryption in transit and at rest, strict access controls and continuous monitoring. No system is perfectly secure, but protecting your information is a core part of our product.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated in advance through the platform or email.
